1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Al Bustan Typing Center for any service including Golden Visa, Family Visa, Employment Visa, Visit Visa, Maid Visa, Emirates ID, Certificate Attestation, Translation, PRO Services, Business Setup, Police Clearance, or any government documentation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Al Bustan Typing Center provides professional typing, documentation, and liaison services including but not limited to:

• Visa services (Golden, Family, Employment, Visit, Maid, Europe Work Visa)
• Emirates ID application and renewal
• Certificate attestation (MOFA, embassy, legal)
• Certified translation (20+ languages)
• PRO services and government liaison
• Business setup and trade license services
• Police clearance certificate processing
• Visa medical typing and health card services
• Amer and Tasheel center services
• Online government application processing

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Document Accuracy

Clients must provide complete, accurate, and genuine documents. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or legal consequences arising from false, incomplete, or fraudulent documentation.

3.2 Timely Submission

Clients must submit required documents promptly. Delays in document submission may affect processing times and may incur additional charges.

3.3 Compliance

Clients must comply with all UAE laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service if we suspect illegal activity or non-compliance.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Service Fees

All service fees are quoted before work begins and must be paid as agreed. Fees include our professional charges plus applicable government fees, attestation charges, translation costs, and third-party service provider fees.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is typically required upfront or in installments as specified in the quotation. We accept cash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

4.3 Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply for: express processing, document courier services, urgent attestation, amendments after submission, resubmission due to client error, or government fine payments.

4.4 Refunds

Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Government fees paid to authorities are non-refundable. Refunds for services not yet initiated will be processed minus administrative charges (20%).

5. Processing Times

Processing times are estimates based on normal government processing speeds. Actual processing may vary due to government workload, public holidays, document verification requirements, or policy changes. We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1 Service Limitations

We provide typing, documentation, and liaison services. We do not guarantee visa approvals, license issuances, or favorable government decisions. Final decisions rest with relevant government authorities.

6.2 Rejection and Denial

We are not responsible for visa rejections, license denials, or application refusals by government authorities due to eligibility issues, policy changes, or other factors beyond our control.

6.3 Document Loss or Damage

While we take utmost care, we are not liable for document loss or damage during government processing, courier delivery, or third-party handling. Clients should retain copies of all original documents.

6.4 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the service fee paid for that specific service, excluding government fees and third-party charges.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Client documents and data are:

• Stored securely in locked facilities and encrypted systems
• Accessed only by authorized staff for service delivery
• Shared with government authorities only as required for processing
• Retained for 7 years as per UAE regulations
• Disposed of securely after retention period

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Al Bustan Typing Center and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Cancellation and Termination

9.1 Client Cancellation

Clients may cancel services before work commences with 20% administrative fee. After work starts, fees are non-refundable except government fees not yet paid to authorities.

9.2 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to terminate services if: client provides false information, payment is not received, client behavior is abusive or threatening, or we suspect illegal activity.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control including government policy changes, natural disasters, pandemics, system failures, strikes, or other force majeure events.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

13. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be escalated to mediation or legal proceedings in Dubai.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
